After letting yesterday's work cure for about 12 hours, I flipped over the canopy bubble and applied SikaFlex to the top side of the frame between the frame and Plexiglas bubble. I also removed the popsicle sticks and filled in the gaps left behind.
Overall the quality turned out good except in the area around the rear cross bar. It was hard to get the applicator tube in there so I ended up getting SikaFlex on the frame tubing. I am sure it is strong but it is also messy. Hopefully it will come off with acetone.
