I made and used a hole duplicator as per the plans. I then made a bigger one to get the holes in the vertical ribs. I marked about five holes, drilled and then clecoed them. I would then do five more and so on. This worked well. The holes seem very accurate. I drilled them to #40 and then came back and drilled them to #30. I didn't drill any holes along the bottom of the bubble since this is already bonded with SikaFlex. I will bond the skirt to the bubble at this point.
I trimmed more material off of F-821PP to allow the canopy to close without bumping into the skin.
