Here's a picture of the canopy with the tape removed. The filler makes it look it has some kind of disease but it feels really smooth.
Tonight I put cotter pins in the fittings that attach the rudder cables to the pedals. I screwed in the front baggage door wall and noticed the nuts and cotter pins on the right pedal rub against it. I took the wall out and turned the screws and bolts around, re-cotter pinned and reinstalled the wall.
