I assembled and drilled all of the holes, except for the hinge, in the left flap. I felt very productive tonight. My HPM (holes per minute) rate was really up there. I had to fiddle with the FL-406 actuator bracket to get it to fit right. I had to take a little bit of material off of the bottom of the FL-406A angle (top part of the third picture) to get the tapered angle (FL-406C) to sit flush against the rib flange.
The first three pictures above are of the left flap upside down. Tomorrow I will install the hinge and then DDP (dimple, debur and prime).
