I finished the sub-floor except for the crotch strap anchor. Earlier I had used the .063 sheet that was supposed to be used for this part on seat belt attach lugs which were already fabricated. Now I have four of these even though I need only two. I ordered a large sheet of .063 from Van's.
I spend some time double checking the bend points and directions of the waterline longerons. I didn't have room to put mount the longerons in the vise so I had to mount the vise on the stiffest thing I had available - the jig. The jig no doubt was designed to stop tanks. I took a while but I finally was able to do the bends in accordance with the plans.
