I cut the .250" to size to make two F-811B. This will be used to later attach the horizontal stabilizer to the fuselage. The bar comes 1 1/2" wide and needs to be cut down to 1". I set up a fence on my band saw and ripped it much like one would do with a piece of wood on a table saw. It turned out perfect. I then very carefully clamped both of the to the two F-811 bulkheads and drilled the and bolt holes on the drill press.
This whole operation took a while because I just knew I would screw it up so I kept going back and double checked everything.
