Tonight I mounted the flap motor. I connected it to a 12V drill battery and the switch. I extended it all the way, centered it in the hole in the arm rest and drilled the bracket to F-807. I retracted it and extended it many times checking fit. It rubbed slightly against the forward hole in the arm rest so I took everything apart and extended the hole about 1/8" forward using a small ScotchBrite wheel on a die grinder.
