I am not sure what got into me today. I have been trying to figure out how to flip the fuselage for weeks. Based upon my experience flipping it the first time, I think it is at least a 3 person job. Even so, there will be at least one person on the bottom during the rotation process lifting most of the weight. I could ask a few of people to help but I though that since I need a way to hoist the engine anyway, why not make something that can hoist the fuselage as well.

I built an a-frame looking device (actually it looks like a hangman's scaffold) out of leftover fuselage jig lumber. I tested it to 300 lbs and it only cost me the price of the comealong.
