I started the fun and relaxing job of drilling big holes in the thick steel landing gear parts. Seriously, if anything in this kit begs to be pre-drilled, it is this. I used the drill press as much as possible and used lots of oil and low RPMs to keep the bit cool but I still wore out my 7/16" bit before the job was done.
Above right is another goofy picture of me. Yes, it is me, Luis Luciani, who is building this RV8.
