I started today by finishing the parts for the cooling air ramp. I prep'ed and primed them along with the sides of the two F-851s. After drying I back riveted the stiffeners and hinge to the ramp.
I took F-802K off of the fuselage and cleco'ed the F-851's to it in order to fit the center hinge. I clamped the ramp into place and then clamped and drilled the hinge to F-802K
I then riveted F-802K to the F-850 skin. F-802K need to be left uncleco'ed from the F-822 panel in order to get under with a bucking bar.
I then cleco'ed and hinged everything together and Monica volunteered to hold the ramp down while I drilled the front match holes.
Below left shows the hole I drilled in F-851 to feed in the hinge.
