Today I finished riveting the side rails. Then I drilled and bolted the front roll bar. Before drilling, I lined it up with the bend line which also coincides with the inside edge of the side rails. I clamped the &$^&#^ out of it and then drilled the two inside holes. I then installed bolts to lock the roll bars lateral position with respect to the side rails. Then I drilled the holes along the top, deburred and bolted them.
