I deburred, prep'ed and primed the seat parts and then riveted them together. I then positioned the rear seat fiberglass top and then match drilled it to the bottom part.

The finish kit arrived so I spent a couple of hours unpacking it. Everything is in perfect condition - I'll inventory it later.

Back to the rear seat: I made a loop with some string and wrapped it around the two next to outside clecos. Then making the string tight I traced a curve along the top of the fiberglass. I then cut the fiberglass along the line to unexpose the two shoulder belt slots in the bulkhead. This technique worked really well.

The rear seat would not sit flush against the bulkhead. I trimmed the tabs at the bottom sides of the fiberglass and I trimmed part of the seat. I noticed it wasn't centered so I drilled out the rivets that attach the hinges, cut new hinges, drilled and riveted them.

The picture in the middle left is of me, Luis Luciani, about to do some serious airplane building. Caroline took the picture.
