Today I cut away the plastic around the holes in the tank skin using a
soldering iron. I then deburred them and dimpled all but the ones for
the rear baffle
I then fabricated a clip out of .025 scrap for holding up the vent line
near the outside top of the tank. Then I used a Scotch-Brite pad to
roughen up the skin where the stiffeners will go. Then I used MEK to
clean the inside skin.
