Tonight I installed the rear baffle. It was somewhat of a race to get everything in place and riveted before the ProSeal set up too much. This is why I didn't take any pictures of the process.
I put down a bead of ProSeal on the inside of the tank skin and rib flanges around the periphery where the rear baffle meets up. I then put down the baffle and riveted. I put huge globs on the outside ribs.
I then mounted the tank onto the wing. It seemed like a good idea to let the ProSeal cure this way rather than in the cradle. The amazing thing was that the z-brackets were put in correctly and all holes lined up. Wow. There is no gap between the tank and the skin.
Yesterday I ordered two landing lights and two fuel pickup tubes from Van's. I like the idea of a screen on the end of the pickup tube more than the slits I cut into the one I fabricated. With the slits pointed upward (as shown in the plans, there doesn't seem to be a way to drain water out of the tube. I don't know if this is a big deal or if enough water can build up in the fuel line to make a difference.
I plan to pressure test the tank after letting the ProSeal cure for a few days.
